Sleep Task

About Sleep Task

The Sleep Task is a way to mimic what you may see on a standard television with some additional niceties. You can use it to simply send a list of commands after a certain time or you can have it turn the volume down as time goes by. This task is great for people who have a Roku Streambar connected to a computer monitor.

Task Settings

FAQs

  • Notches, Minutes per Cycle and Cycles; huh?
  • Say you want to turn down the volume two times every 10 minutes and then in 30 minutes, go to the home screen. You would have Notches = 2, Minutes per Cycle = 10, Cycles = 3 and the Afterwards command = 'Home'.
